How this calculator works

Store prices are each store's lowest published price for a test that reports what you picked, read on its own pages (marker data read October 31, 2026). Per-order fees are added where the store publishes the amount; where it shows a fee only at checkout, the row says so and the total leaves it out.

A membership or panel counts as covering a test when its published list includes at least 80% of the markers that test reports. Its price is the published price for the plan, which may include more than one draw a year; the number of times you order only multiplies the store totals.

Every number comes from the same data as Compare biomarkers. It does not tell you which tests you need: that is a question for a licensed clinician.
