Full Body Blood Test Cost (2026): 11 Broadest Panels Priced

What a full body blood test costs: the broadest panels ranked by markers actually measured, with price, cost per measured marker, draws a year and gaps.

Cost

Quick answer
A full body blood test costs $365 a year at Function Health, the broadest membership we track, for 99 measured markers at $3.69 each; the broadest one-off panel, Marek's Executive, costs $1,950. Prices were read on October 31, 2026 from each provider's page, starting with Function's pricing page. Function is our pick: no broader plan costs less per measured marker.

"Full body" is a marketing label, not a defined test. Every panel below is a set of blood (and sometimes urine) measurements, and the counts on the label rarely match what is measured. So we rank by our own count, with calculated ratios and repeat draws taken out, and show what each costs per measured marker. For the lowest total bill instead, see our cheapest full blood panel guide.

The broadest panels, ranked by measured markers

Price at the plan's own cadence, read on each provider's page. Per measured marker is the price divided by our count.

Rank Plan Price Measured markers Per measured marker Draws a year Not sold in
1 Marek Total Health, Executive $1,950 one time 103 $18.93 1 NY, NJ, RI
2 Function Health $365 a year 99 $3.69 2 RI, HI
3 Mito Pro Panel $453.57 non-member, plus draw fee (Mito) 96 $4.72 before the draw fee 1 RI, HI
4 Marek Total Health, Complete $895 one time 84 $10.65 1 NY, NJ, RI
5 Mito Core Panel $276.75 non-member, plus draw fee (Mito) 78 $3.55 before the draw fee 1 RI, HI
6 Maximus Maximal $349.99 a year 77 $4.55 1 NY, NJ, RI
7 Ulta Baseline Comprehensive $449.95 plus a $12.95 standard draw fee per collection one time 77 $6.01 1 NY, NJ, RI, HI
8 Everlywell 360 $399 a year 76 $5.25 1 No list published
9 Empirical Health heart panel $190 one time 66 $2.88 1 No list published
10 Labs by Hims $349 a year 63 $5.54 2 HI
11 Quest Elite Health Profile $405 one time 61 $6.64 1 AZ, HI

Function's two draws are counted once: the second is a retest of selected markers, not new ones. Function's FAQ describes it as "Start with 100+ tests at your annual visit, and follow up with 60+ tests 3-6 months later" (Function FAQ).

Why the label counts run high

Almost every plan advertises more than it measures. Three habits inflate the number:

  • Ratios and indices. Cholesterol ratios, HOMA-IR or an estimated ApoB are arithmetic on other results. Maximus says "Maximal is an upgrade and includes 146 health metrics" (Maximus labs page); by our count 46 of its lines are calculated.
  • Every line of a standard panel. A blood count and a urinalysis report many lines each. Ulta counts each line separately, which is how a 25-test panel becomes 117 biomarkers.
  • Both draws added together. Function's "160+" adds the mid-year retest to the yearly draw.

The difference has reached court. In January 2026 Function Health sued Superpower over its count, calling many of the extra figures "simply derivative data that are created by recombining existing lab values into ratios or indices" (ArentFox Schiff). That is an allegation, which Superpower disputes. We apply one counting rule to every plan, explained on the biomarker coverage page.

What the broadest panels add

The plans at the top of the table differ less in the basics (blood count, metabolic panel, lipids, A1c, thyroid, vitamin D) than in the markers further down the list.

  • Marek Executive adds a fatty-acid panel, heavy metals and an ApoE genotype, and measures free testosterone directly. It is a one-time panel at a price several times Function's yearly fee.
  • Function includes ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin, an omega-3 measure, lead and mercury, and thyroid antibodies in the base price.
  • Mito Pro adds a full fatty-acid panel, cystatin C and metals, sold at the lab's price plus a draw fee. Its product page also shows a lower member price, which needs a paid Mito membership; our table uses the non-member price.
  • Everlywell 360 is "One 83-biomarker lab test, every year" (Everlywell 360), with Lp(a) but no ApoB.
  • Quest's Elite profile says it "contains 85+ key health indicators" (Quest Elite Health Profile); after expanding its panels by Quest's own definitions we count fewer measured markers, and it leaves out Lp(a).

Single markers that separate plans have their own pages: ApoB, Lp(a), fasting insulin and homocysteine.

What a full body blood test does not do

A broad panel measures what is in your blood on the day of the draw. It is not an imaging scan, and a long list of markers does not mean every condition is covered. What a result means is a question for a licensed clinician; this site compares services and does not interpret results.

Picking the right size

  • You want the most markers for the money, retested: Function, at $3.69 per measured marker.
  • You want the longest single list and price is secondary: Marek Executive, outside New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island.
  • You want a broad one-time panel without a membership: Mito Core, Ulta Comprehensive or Quest Elite. Our Quest vs Labcorp OnDemand guide compares the two lab stores.
  • You want something cheaper than Function: see Function Health alternatives.

Memberships are grouped on the longevity memberships page, and every plan is priced on our price page.

Questions

FAQ

How much does a full body blood test cost?

From about the price of a one-time heart panel to several times Function's yearly fee, depending on breadth. Function Health costs $365 a year for 99 measured markers, and Marek's Executive panel $1,950 once for 103. The table above lists eleven options with their checked prices.

What is the most comprehensive blood test?

By markers actually measured, Marek Diagnostics' Total Health Panel Executive, followed by Function Health and Mito's Pro panel. Marek's is a one-time purchase not sold in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island. Function measures nearly as many and draws twice a year.

How much does a comprehensive blood test cost without insurance?

Broad self-pay panels at lab stores run from about the price of Mito's Core panel to Quest's Elite profile, and memberships from Empirical's one-time panel to Function's yearly fee. None of these services bills insurance; most accept HSA or FSA cards.

Is a full body blood test worth it?

It is worth it if you will use the breadth, for example markers such as ApoB, Lp(a) or insulin that a standard checkup often leaves out. If you only want a handful of common tests, buying them singly costs less. Talk to a clinician about which tests fit you.

Does a full body blood test check for cancer?

Not as a cancer screen. Some panels include PSA for men or other markers that relate to cancer risk, but a broad blood panel is not designed to find cancer. Separate screening tests exist, and a clinician can say which ones apply to you.

Which full body blood test is best value?

Per measured marker among the broadest plans, Function Health at $3.69. Empirical Health and Mito's panels cost less per marker but measure fewer markers or add a per-visit draw fee on top.
